Project Description

The project of total constructed built up area 24069.48 sq.mt.is a commercial Complex having 3 level basements for car parking + Utilities + Ground (Pt.) + 1st to 14th Upper floors. The project is located on a Plot bearing C.T.S. No. 5443 of village Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai 400098.

Purpose of the project is to identify and evaluate the nature and extent of environmental impacts/damage arising from the construction and use of the building and related activities in the absence of formal statutory approval and prepare Environment Management Plan with environmental protection measures.
